Here at CMTS we are focused on training students to become competent operators in the Resource and Infastructure industry to sustain long term employment.
CEO - Ronnie is the owner of Construction Machinery Training school. With over 30 years of operator and mining knowledge, he makes for a great assesor/trainer to the students as well as providing invaluable information to ensure CMTS is current with all our training needs and student queries.

RTO Operations Manager - Mellisa is primarily responsible for the management and coordination of CMTS and the delivery and monitoring of the companies vocational education and training programs as an RTO. Mellisa also promotes our services to potential employers and relevant government agencies.

MRAEL Field Officer - Jacinta assists CMTS with government registration, documents and administration of incentive payments as well as assisting our orgainisation with all support needs, including recruitment support and providing ongoing mentoring and pastoral care after apprenticeship sign up.
